Ver 0.85.

Unzipped both OB and OB waypoint folders into main ET dir, the one with etmain.

Have etpub installed in ET.

Added

set omnibot_enable "1"

to ob.cfg

Added

+set fs_game etpub +set com_hunkmegs 512 +exec ob.cfg

to ET shortcut.

Load ET via shortcut and start "host game", I can see from console that OB is loading to some degree, however there is no option to addbot.

Addbot doesn't exist in console, if i type /b then press tab in console I see quite a few bot_xxxxx cmds but no addbot.

What am I missing?

Either edit the OB CFG files with min/max bots, or create shrubbot commands so !addbot is bound to "bot addbot" for instance

Autocomplete (tab key) does not work for Omni-bot commands. To view list of all Omni-bot commands, type /bot help or read wiki.

I get unknown cmd bot help if I try /bot help, I am missing something I know it. I haven't put the path to OB folders as I assume I don't need to as they are already in ET root dir, is this correct?

But as I said if I try /bot then tab in console I do get a lot of bot_ cmds showing up but if I try /addbot I get unknown cmd.

I have ET 2.60B.

I had this working years ago.

I got into files from past decade:

[command]
command = kickbot
exec    = bot kickbot [1]
desc    = Kicks a bot. Syntax: !kickbot <fullname>.
levels  = 4 5 6 7

[command]
command = maxbots
exec    = bot maxbots [1]
desc    = Sets maximum count of bots in game.
levels  = 4 5 6 7

[command]
command = nobots
exec    = bot minbots 0; bot maxbot 0; bot kickall
desc    = Cleans server from bots.
levels  = 4 5 6 7

Under NQ with shrubbot.cfg, but I think that's supported by all mods.

Do you have green message "Omni-bot Loaded Successfully" in the console ?

Bots are added by command /bot addbot or /bot ab 1.

Omni-bot does not have any bot_xxxxx commands. If you see them after pressing tab key, they may be defined in your config files.

/bot addbot 1 or /bot ab 1 are unknown cmds.

About to give up on this, every thing is as it should be, I am using ETPUB mod which should be compatible with OB, NQ doesn't load when I try hosting a game, ET just closes.

Maybe it's a paths issue?

Look in the console after map starts. If you see red message "Unable to Initialize Omni-Bot", then you must set omnibot_path.

try to write in console !maxbots 10  and they will connect  ( look at your shrubbot )

or you write   !nobots   then they will disconnect
