Navigation

Oct 24 2013 11:24 PM | DrEvil in Frontpage

We aren't hosting the navigation files for Omni-bot on the website here at the moment, so just to make everyone aware, the latest navigation files and scripts for maps can be pulled from assembla. This is a repository that a bunch of waypointers have been using for a long time as an easy way to share navigation. If you are familiar with subversion repositories you can check out the navigation files directly to your omni-bot folder and occasionally to an svn update to pull the latest.

Omni-bot Relaunch

Oct 23 2013 12:43 AM | DrEvil in Frontpage

We are relaunching the website under IP.Board in order to ease some of the administrative pressure on us. We are in the process of evaluating moving content from the old VB site and wiki. The forum and member list has been restored and seems to be working as expected. If you can't log in, try a password reset.

The download section has been populated with the important downloads for the various mods supported by the bot and some of the commonly used tools, however I don't know if these tools are of the latest version, or with latest syntax highlighting revisions, etc. If you are a maintainer of newer versions, try and submit them using the 'Upload new version' link on the download page of the relevant tool, or submit a new download if it is for a new tool, script, etc.

We will be evaluating how best to provide the latest navigation/scripts to users via the download page. With any luck we might be able to automate some sort of packaging from the waypointers subversion repository to a download link here.

Please report missing files or problems if you notice them.
